All tickets purchased are non-refundable. Should we be unable to deliver an event to which you have purchased a ticket, will endeavour to reschedule the event. Should this prove impossible, we will, to the best of our ability, aim to refund what we can of the ticket price to the purchaser. However you as the ticket purchaser / holder, agree and understand that there are sunk costs inherent in event organisation that are non-recoverable by event organisers and that our decision as event organisers with regards any proposed refund is final and non-disputable.

insieme may have official photographer/s and/or camera person/s at our events to produce promotional material.

Filming and photography:

By attending our events your image may be photographed/captured on film and you therefore:

Acknowledge you may be photographed/filmed

Acknowledge insieme / Dance Mode will use the images/film in the following ways*:

• in video

• in printed leaflets and publications

• in digital publications and adverts

• in e-communications

• on insieme / Dance Mode websites e.g. www.dminsieme.net

• on insieme / Dance Mode social media channels

* Images/film may be accessed by users outside of the UK

If you do not wish for your image to be taken, please notify the event staff immediately on arrival at the event.
